These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NextSet's AI assistant (AISA), scheduling platform, website, and related services ("Services").
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of Services
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You may not:
- misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt our systems
- submit harmful or malicious content
- impersonate others
- attempt unauthorized access
2. Business Use Disclaimer
NextSet provides tools for:
- customer intake
- scheduling
- notifications
- lead management
NextSet does not guarantee:
- increased revenue
- appointment volume
- specific business outcomes
3. SMS and Email Communications
If you opt into SMS or email notifications:
- You acknowledge message/data rates may apply
- You may opt out at any time
- Messages are strictly transactional (no marketing)
4. User Content
You are responsible for content submitted through AISA, including customer messages, service requests, and appointment details.
You grant NextSet a limited license to process submitted content solely to provide the service.
5. Service Availability
We strive for uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee:
- uninterrupted uptime
- error-free operation
- immunity from outages affecting Azure, Supabase, Twilio, or EmailJS
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
NextSet is not liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- lost revenue
- missed appointments caused by user error or outages
- third-party system failures (Twilio, Azure, Supabase, etc.)
7. Termination
We may suspend access if we detect:
- abuse
- fraud
- security threats
- prohibited activity
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oregon.
